Inspect with the camera

【What this screen is for】 Choose Desktop station or Tablet station at the entry screen, then show the part to the camera and check for a foreign object. 【Step by step】 1. Open the station that matches the device in use. 2. Select the part and enter the lot if required. 3. Press Start inspection and allow camera access on first use. 4. Show a good part and press Register baseline once. 5. A foreign object is framed and shown with a red PROBLEM badge. Press Record PROBLEM to save its photo in history and the image bank. 6. Remove the object and run the part again. A good part shows a green PASSED badge. Press Record PASSED when the result must be stored. 【When detection is unreliable】 ・Add light and avoid shadows on the part. ・Keep camera-to-part distance constant. ・Lower sensitivity for dust false alarms; raise it for missed objects. ・If holes are mistaken for objects, register a good baseline again.
